QV Mile Zero Ultimate Summer League 2024
- 7 on 7, using WFDF Gender Ration Rule A and Wager Ranking System
- Team Composition: 14 players minimum, with a minimum 6 male-matching and minimum 6 female-matching players (Rosters must be compliant)
- Games Run Tuesday and Thursday evenings from June 4th to August 22nd. Playoff day is August 24th.
- Game times are 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM
